Welcome to 510, the fanlisting for the Japanese musician and actress Maki Goto, former member of the J-pop supergroup Morning Musume and solo artist in Hello Project. She debuted at the age of 13, when she was selected to become the third generation member of Morning Musume in 1999. As a fan-favorite, many credit Maki for helping to solidify the group's dominance on the charts during its golden age in her 3 years with them. She graduated from the group in 2002 in order to focus on her solo career, and took on a sexier image as her works gained maturity. In late 2007, she announced her graduation from Hello Project, and it is unclear if she will return back to the spotlight. However, her strong vocals and charm earned her recognition as one of the most successful Hello Project artists, and as fans, let's keep hoping that she will come back soon, better than ever :D
